hey a band from florida that reminds me of 90s streetpunk (notice that no one is screaming all the time and there's no melodic metal guitar leads. suck a dick 00s streetpunk - you know the kind). stole this from tim from alcohol fueled's FB post, a band well worth check out!

long before the discocks broke up/ went on hiatus and had a side band called Avoided there was a unique milwaukee staple of the same name, for many years. they were not pretty and they didn't give a fuck. great and chaotic live, they destroyed a few headliners and spilled plenty of blood. RIP Reed.
personal favorites are Pretty Boy (3:11) and the other song (probably most suited to this blog), Whiskey Me (12:21).
i might have shared this in the past, i forget... i blame the concussions and booze, but who cares. RIP Reed. (yeah, twice)

It's british, so their definition, or ratehr style, of streetpunk kinda differs. there's bands old and "new" in here. a lot of shit to skip through, depending on your tolerance for drunks in front of a camera and certain bands/styles, but its worth checking out.

still recovering from Fuck You, We Rule OK! - a punkfest in tulsa oklahoma (the fest takes its name from some double wordplay and a song by my local friends' now defunct band Reckless Reasons). got to see who killed spikey jacket, the erections and alcohol fueled multiple times, ignored and drank through a lot of bands and special duties couldn't make it but i ran into the guy who got people calling uk82, well.... uk82. he made this website: www.uk82.com. and i ran into a lot of good people plus saw and participated in some insane shit. if you've been to this blog you obviously like your streetpunk and are probably much less of a picky asshole than me and would have loved it. so i would strongly advise going, even to you other instagram-worship clownpunk haters like me. besides i know the promoters and they work their dicks off to do that shit, so check it out next year and buy them beer... double besides - Special Duties are already booked for the next one.

i used to have a 7" and it had a band who were pretty unique. i just remembered they exist (the 7" has since been stolen) but i remembered i had a mp3 backup of it and i;m gonna put it up on youtube.. why am i telling you this? cuz now i have to do it, since i  hate this blog. i rememebr diggign up the band back when i had the 7" and their music went thrash or some bullshit, a far cry from what made them unique and interesting, to me, to start with.
